Led by a qualified massage therapist and yoga teacher, this session is a restorative extended class designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and support deep relaxation through movement, touch, and mindful rest.
Combining restorative yoga, breathwork, therapist-guided self-massage, and relaxation practices, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to experience the benefits of both yoga and massage.
Drawing on techniques used in Chloe’s massage sessions, you'll be guided through simple yet effective self-massage for areas where we commonly hold tension, including the neck, shoulders, jaw, hands, and feet. Gentle restorative yoga postures and calming essential oil blends will further support the body's natural ability to unwind and restore balance.
You'll leave with practical tools to support your own wellbeing and a deeper understanding of how rest, breath, movement, and touch can work together to help you feel more grounded, relaxed, and restored.
Suitable for all levels.
