Nourish your body and soul this Summer and immerse yourself in an Entire day of Wellness, hosted at the stunningly beautiful Mothecombe Gardens.
Included in your ticket: Wellness activities including, Yoga sessions, Nature and Wellness Workshops, delicious healthy Food, Sauna and Sauna Rituals, Private access to the beach for wild Swims, and much more!.
The saturday evening will be a social space of live music, firepits, dinner, and conversations under the stars…. All in the grounds of Mothecombe Gardens.
Optional Camping for Friday and Saturday evening.

Additional Camping £15 pp per night.
Additional option to bring along family and friends from early evening from 5:30pm to join for the evening social, BBQ and camping.

YOGA & MOVEMENT
Morning Flow: An energising class with flowing movement to awaken the body and set the tone for your day. Incorporating gentle somatic practices, you’ll build body awareness, release tension and move in a way that feels natural and supportive. Expect a playful, uplifting atmosphere, leaving you refreshed, focused and ready for the day ahead.
Afternoon Slow Flow: A deeply nourishing class that combines gentle movement and breath. You’ll be guided to tune into your body, release tension, and enter a calm, restorative space, leaving you refreshed, balanced, and completely at ease.

NATURES OFFERINGS
This guided, nature-based workshop offers a hands-on way to slow down and reconnect with the natural world. Through facilitated, experiential learning in nature, you’ll be invited to engage your senses, explore the landscape, and take part in simple, grounded activities that encourage presence and connection.
The workshop provides a supportive space to learn by doing, reflect along the way, and develop a deeper, more mindful relationship with the environment. Come as you are, with curiosity and openness.

IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH
Helen is back to guide us through a deeply restorative sound bath experience, offering a chance to fully unwind and reconnect.
Using a variety of beautiful global instruments, including drums, gongs, singing bowls, a native flute, and Hangs, you will be gently immersed in rich sounds and soothing vibrations to encourage relaxation, release, and inner calm.
This guided sound journey invites you to slow down, let go of stress, and sink into a nurturing space. It’s an opportunity to pause, breathe, and be held completely by the transformative power of sound.

NATURES CREATIVITY
Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and awaken your senses in this hands-on aromatherapy workshop, where mindful practice and inspiration from the natural world come together.
Surrounded by the calming presence of the outdoors, you’ll be guided by Sian to explore the therapeutic power of essential oils, learning how to blend, create, and connect with natural scents.
Whether through crafting your own aromatic creations, observing the plants around you, or simply being present, this workshop offers space to slow down, connect with your intuition, and leave with something uniquely your own to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

HERBAL SAUNA RITUALS
Led by Sian Hurrell, this immersive ritual moves through structured rounds of heat, aroma, and rest to gently awaken the body and refresh the senses. A guided multi-sensory sauna experience designed to support seasonal transition and renewal.

SOMEWHERE SAUNA
As a special treat to conclude your day, The somewhere sauna. This tranquil space offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with nature. Sit by the fire, take in the panoramic views, and immerse yourself in the restorative benefits of the sauna and cold plunge.
Alternating between the warmth of the sauna and the refreshing cold plunges activates your circulation, boosts your immune system, and helps release toxins, leaving you feeling renewed and invigorated. Whether you’re soaking in the views or dipping in and out of the sauna, you will leave feeling completely relaxed.

Delicious, Nourishing Vegan Food
Delicious, healthy, vegan menu—designed to nourish your body and delight your taste buds.
We’ll start the days with light breakfasts for our early risers and campers, including fresh fruit, granola, and warm drinks to ease into the morning.
Throughout Saturday day, enjoy the tasty lunch and wholesome snacks to keep your energy up as you dive into activities.
On Saturday evening, gather for a yummy BBQ, packed with vibrant flavours and hearty plant-based goodness, perfect for sharing in community as the music plays and the sun sets.

As the sun begins to set, join us for a joyful evening of connection, good food, and live music in the heart of nature.
We'll gather together to share delicious food and unwind after a day full of wellness activities. Live acoustic music - easygoing, soulful tunes that blend perfectly with the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Expect a warm, welcoming space with a strong sense of community, all set against the backdrop of our stunning natural surroundings.
Whether you're chatting by the fire, enjoying the music, or simply watching the sky change color, this evening is all about relaxing, reconnecting, and celebrating together.
CAMPING
Camping Options – Tent or Van Welcome.
Camping available from Friday 7pm to Sunday 11:00am. Whether you prefer to pitch a tent or park your van, you're invited to settle in and set up camp on Friday evening. No official activities are scheduled that night, you are welcome to enjoy the space and perhaps book a table at the local restaurant within easy walking distance or explore the beach and surround areas.
Saturday is the heart of the weekend. We will officially begin at 9:30am where we gather at the stables. Throughout Saturday, dive into a full schedule of wellness activities, workshops, and opportunities to reconnect with yourself and others. The day flows into the evening with a BBQ, live music, and a social gathering under the stars.
Sunday morning: Time for yourself to enjoy the gardens, beach or perhaps grab breakfast at the School house before packing down and heading off.
Schedule of the weekend
Optional Camping arrival Friday 6:30pm: You're invited to settle in and set up camp on Friday evening. The time will be yours to explore the grounds, head to the beach, enjoy an evening meal at the School House, just 5 minutes from your camping spot. Or bring along your own camping gear. There is nothing better than cooking under the open sky!
Saturday Arrival time - 9:30am: Parking in Mothercombe beach car park.
(Please note that parking here will be £6 on arrival for the day or often free if you arrive before 9am!).
Morning Sessions 9:30am -12:30pm. This will include: Welcome drink and snacks, Morning Yoga session, guided foraging walk and Natures creative workshop, time for Wild Swims, and exploring the Mothecombe Gardens.
Lunch and Live Music: 12:30pm. Enjoy a relaxed lunch in the gardens, accompanied by live music and good vibes. It’s the perfect opportunity to savor delicious food, soak in the peaceful surroundings, and unwind with uplifting tunes in the background.
Afternoon Sessions 2:00pm - 5:00pm. This will include: Nature workshop, Sound bath, Afternoon yoga, optional wild Sea Swims, Sauna rituals and Sauna experience.
There will be free time between 5:30 -7 pm where you are able to explore the gardens, Enjoy the Sauna, take a wild swim at the beach, relax in the gardens, and set up your camp!
Evening Social and BBQ 7:00pm 9:30pm: This will include: BBQ, gathering together to share delicious food, live music, fire pits and community. If you are camping we can head to camp and enjoy your evening under the stars.
Sunday morning: Optional early yoga, and a refreshing sea swim before. We then pack down and head off site for 11:30am. A peaceful and grounding way to end the weekend.
There will be an option to camp in a van or tent.
Please note there are no showers available just toilet facilities. The ocean is right there though for your morning swim. Or why not stay for the day at Mothecombe beach and enjoy your post retreat fest in one of Devons most beautiful spots.

Your host and Yoga Teacher
Chloe is the founder of Wild Earth Yoga and the host and creator of this retreat. Chloe’s vision is rooted in the belief that yoga and wellbeing are most powerful when shared in community. This retreat is a reflection of that ethos, a carefully curated experience designed to bring people together through movement, mindfulness, nature, and meaningful connection.
Chloe will lead an energising yoga class with a focus on tuning into your unique body. Her teaching blends diverse trainings into a grounded, embodied practice that honours the roots of yoga.
At the heart of Wild Earth Yoga is a deep commitment to community and connection, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and inspired.

Sian
Sauna Rituals & Aromatherapy
Sian is a holistic therapist, sauna ritualist, and founder of ZendenHolistic, offering deeply restorative treatments and soul-nourishing self-care rituals.
Her approach blends bodywork, breath, and presence, creating moments of true stillness and deep relaxation.
On the day, Sian will be leading an aromatherapy workshop, guiding you to nurture yourself, soften, and reconnect with your inner calm. She’ll also be bringing her signature magic to the sauna with bespoke rituals, facials, and salt scrubs, designed to awaken and rejuvenate both body and mind.

Helen
Sound Bath Journey
The past 16 years have taken Helen on a journey into the joy and benefits of Sound Therapy, following 30years of teaching young adults with sensory needs. As an adult, up until a few years ago, Helen practiced meditation in silence, until she experienced her first Gong Bath. The sound vibrations took her to a place of deep rest, and her thirst for knowledge and learning about the use of sound in meditation was truly lit!
Now creating immersive Sound Journey Meditation is her absolute passion which she is passionate about sharing with others.

The creative force behind our kitchen. Passionate about vibrant, healthy and wholesome food, Jo brings energy and artistry to every dish she creates. Her cooking is all about balance, nourishing ingredients, bold flavours and plates that are just as visually beautiful as they are delicious. She has a knack for turning simple, fresh ingredients into something truly special. Now in her second year with us, we’re excited to see the new flavours and inspired dishes Jo will bring to the table.

We’re delighted to welcome Laura back again this year. With her soulful acoustic folk sound and beautifully stripped-back style, Laura creates a calming, heartfelt atmosphere that perfectly complements a day of rest and restoration.
A talented local artist, her warm vocals and gentle melodies bring a sense of ease and connection to the space, the perfect soundtrack for mindful moments, meaningful conversations and peaceful pauses throughout the day. Laura’s music truly adds a little magic to the retreat experience.

Live Dinner Music.
Benny “Guitar” Carr is a talented guitarist from Devon with a deep passion for blues, jazz and roots music. Drawing inspiration from the rich traditions of these genres, Ben brings authenticity, soul and serious musicianship to every performance.
As an energetic and engaging solo artist, he creates a full, dynamic sound that goes far beyond what you’d expect from one musician. With masterful slide guitar, foot-driven cajón, kick drum pedal and tambourine. His raw talent, warmth and unmistakable groove make every set a memorable experience.
